Our global footprint expansion and new technology product launches are meant to demonstrate our strategic resolve and innovation capabilities to the industry. The launch of our nationwide service tour is another solemn commitment to our founding mission of "driving the long-term success of our customers". We want our customers and partners to see that, 20 years on, HSG Laser remains a trustworthy partner — and one with even greater capabilities and stronger resolve to go further together with all of you.

Laser Manufacture News: HSG Laser has defined 2026 as a pivotal year for operational upgrading under the theme of "Dare to Compete, Compete to Win, Win with Excellence", and a critical year to deliver dual improvements in both efficiency and quality. What core initiatives will the company implement to ensure this goal is achieved, and to navigate the enterprise through industry cycles?

Mr. He: When we talk about "competing", our core focus is competing on value creation, not on price. All our initiatives are centered on the two core pillars of efficiency and quality.

Internally, we drive excellence in operational efficiency and quality. On the R&D front, we are advancing platform-based development, enabling proven, cutting-edge technologies to be rapidly converted into stable, reliable products. On the production front, we are fully rolling out smart manufacturing and lean production to ensure consistent quality of every piece of equipment leaving the factory. This is what we call "honing our internal strengths".

Externally, we drive excellence in customer value. We do not engage in price wars. Instead, we gain an in-depth understanding of the real pain points of different customers through industry co-development and in-depth services. For example, with the launch of our GT High-Speed Machine Series, we provide customers with more efficient solutions that directly boost their profitability.

Laser Manufacture News: What key areas will HSG Laser focus on in the R&D of laser equipment technology? Beyond high-speed cutting, what layout and planning does HSG Laser have in areas such as high power, automation, and AI intelligent processes?

Mr. He: Our R&D has always been guided by the real production needs of our customers, with three clear core focus areas:

First, we will continue to tackle core technical challenges, such as the stability of ultra-high-power cutting and related core components, as well as process difficulties in precision cutting and specialty material processing.

Second, we are fully embracing intelligentization. The best example of this is HSG Laser’s industry-first Laser Nozzle Vision Coaxial Instrument (hereinafter referred to as NVA) launched last year. It has fundamentally redefined the calibration logic of laser nozzles, and resolved core pain points such as inconsistent precision and high safety risks caused by traditional reliance on manual experience. Our expert team delivered a groundbreaking from-scratch technological breakthrough and set a new industry benchmark. From its launch in June 2025 to 2026, HSG Laser’s cumulative global sales of the NVA have exceeded 5,000 units, achieving full large-scale commercial application.

Third, we are building an open ecosystem. We will make our software platform and control interfaces more open, enabling customers to seamlessly integrate our equipment into their smart factory systems—this is the defining trend of the industry’s future.

Laser Manufacture News: The recent new technology and new product exchange conference highlighted two flagship products: the GT Supercar High-Speed Cutting Machine and the "AI Process Master". What are their core technological breakthroughs, and what production pain points can they solve?

Mr. He: The core breakthroughs of the highlighted GT Supercar High-Speed Cutting Machine and our in-house developed "AI Process Master" lie in solving customers’ most pressing production challenges from two dimensions: hardware efficiency and software intelligence, respectively.

Starting with the GT High-Speed Machine. Unlike traditional equipment that only pursues speed increase in a single link, it features a comprehensive innovation in system architecture, delivering a synchronous speed of up to 200 meters per minute and 2G acceleration. It is like fitting a "supercar engine" for the production line, boosting overall efficiency by more than 45%. More importantly, its high-rigidity chassis and integrated transmission design ensure long-term stability and precision even at such extreme high speeds, laying a solid foundation for large-scale, unmanned production. It directly resolves the capacity bottleneck of insufficient speed and unstable performance when facing high order volumes and tight delivery deadlines.

Next is the "AI Process Master". It addresses another long-standing industry challenge: cutting process tuning is overly reliant on the experience of senior technicians, resulting in long time consumption and high material waste. This software is equivalent to equipping the machine with an on-demand "AI process expert". It uses visual recognition to inspect the cutting section, delivers one-click fault diagnosis, and provides precise parameter adjustment recommendations. It supports autonomous learning and optimization, and enables one-click migration of parameters across different equipment, cutting tuning time from hours to minutes, and greatly reducing reliance on skilled workers and material loss.

In short, the GT High-Speed Machine supercharges production speed, while the AI Process Master empowers production with intelligence. The combination of the two is designed to address the current market challenges of low-volume, multi-variety, high-precision demands, and help customers achieve dual breakthroughs in both efficiency and quality.
