On February 15, 2019, Wuhan Yangtze Soton Laser Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as YSL Photonics) officially released the industrial grade multi-wavelength femtosecond laser FemtoYLTM-Vary. The FemtoYLTM-Vary multi-wavelength femtosecond laser is a new addition to YSL Photonics' FemtoYL family of femtosecond fiber lasers.

YSL Photonics’s FemtoYL™-Vary

FemtoYLTM-Vary is a femtosecond laser based on fiber CPA technology. The laser can control the output of 1030 nanometer (infrared) or 515 nanometer (green) or 343 nanometer (ultraviolet) according to customer needs. FemtoYLTM-Vary uses a passive mode-locked fiber optic oscillator to generate femtosecond pulses. The oscillator is designed for all-fiber construction with high reliability and long life. At the same time, FemtoYLTM-Vary lasers use fiber-based chirped pulse amplification and generate femtosecond lasers of green and ultraviolet wavelengths from mature extra-cavity frequency doubling.

The FemtoYLTM-Vary multi-wavelength femtosecond laser adopts an integrated structural design with excellent output spot pattern, which can realize infrared 20W, green 8W, and UV 3W power output. It supports Burst mode and Synchronous Position Output (PSO) to meet the needs of most industrial applications, and provides stable and reliable 24x7 operation for easy maintenance. FemtoYLTM-Vary is also safe, easy to integrate, and small in size, which reduces the overall cost of the entire product lifecycle.

Founded in 2010, YSL Photonics is principally engaged in the development, production and application of high power picosecond, femtosecond fiber lasers and supercontinuum sources.
