October, 24/2016, O-Net Communications and Advance Photonics Investments Limited announced that they will acquire 3SP Technologie, which will cost  less than 20.5 million dollars。

3SP Technologies is a leading provider of innovative optical products and solutions for laser, sensor and telecommunication markets.

In Nozay, 3SP Technologies, designs, develops, manufactures and sells active components powered by in-house III-V optoelectronic chips. The company also provides foundry services using its related epitaxial and wafer processing expertise.

 

O-Net said, the acquisition will bring very good solutions in chips, laser product and optics.
