Shandong Huaguang Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. recently launched a 90w, 808nm fiber-coupled laser with an output power of 400μm core diameter and NA0.22. This product is packaged in the form of H9. Through optimized epitaxial structure design and growth, improved metal layer structure, advanced cavity surface passivation technology, excellent thermal management technology and efficient fiber coupling technology, the fiber coupling module can ensure excellent photoelectric performance and reliability.

This product is cooled by water-cooled plate at 25 °C. The output power under continuous current test is 90W@11.5A, the wavelength is 808.1nm, and the electro-optic conversion efficiency is 47%. The main photoelectric test parameters are shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3.

Huaguang Optoelectronics' high-power 808nm fiber-coupled module has reached the domestic advanced level. At the same time, the product uses the chip independently researched and developed by the company, and the cost has certain advantages compared with the similar products in the market, which can greatly reduce the production cost of related application products.
