China’s Laser Industry Market Reach A New Record in 2016

Shenzhen is a young city but an active that make miracles in China. Now Shenzhen exceeds Wuhan to be the largest laser industry cluster.
The biggest laser company in China, Han’s Laser, reported a satisfied sales to investors in the first quarter of 2017. It is expected that the gross benefit will grow 60-90% in the first half year. The biggest most driving reason should be the consumer electronics, automotive and cells.
In 2016 there are 250 laser companies in Guangdong Province, and the total revenue is about 18 billion RMB, accounting for 35% of China, which increase 3% comparing to 2015 because of significant growth from Han’s Laser, United Winners, Hongshan Laser, DNE Laser. The laser application market account for 40% in China.
Now China’s laser industry step the gas and rush fast. In 2017 the industrial laser revenue will be more than 60 billion RMB, and will reach 100 billion RMB in 2020. At that time Guangdong Province will continue to be the most important market and reach 40 billion RMB.
