平顶光束整形器

       通常激光器发出的激光束的空间强度分布呈高斯分布,即高斯光束,在高功率固体激光器和放大器的应用中,高斯光束的强度过于集中在中心部分,易导致激光晶体和光学元件的损伤。通过平顶光束整形器可以将高斯光束整形为光强均匀分布的平顶光束。平顶光束把强度分散在整个光斑尺寸中,可以大大提高高功率激光的损伤阈值。此外,平顶光束整形器还广泛应用于激光的医学临床应用、激光打孔、刻槽、激光材料加工、光学信息处理、存储和记录等对激光光束均匀性有较高要求的领域中。
