On June 29, the 29th Beijing Essen Welding & Cutting Fair officially opened at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. Making its debut at the industry's premier welding and cutting event, Hyperline — the new vehicle for Hisense Group's expansion into the industrial laser sector — showcased its full product lineup at Hall 5, including the Lightning, Thunder and Ventus series, alongside fiber lasers dedicated to 3D printing and new energy welding applications.

Rather than focusing solely on the performance of individual products, Hyperline's exhibition presents a complete portfolio spanning consumer-grade new products and industrial-grade light sources. The booth has drawn concentrated visits from industry chain partners and peers alike, establishing Hyperline as one of the most talked-about laser brands at this year's show.

I. Full Light Source Lineup on Display: Hardcore In-House Technology Targets Industry Pain Points

Staying true to Hyperline's core positioning as a global leader in compact, lightweight lasers, the exhibition features the company's entire self-developed fiber laser portfolio. The lineup covers all major application tracks — handheld laser welding, new energy precision welding, sheet metal cutting, metal 3D printing and laser cladding — with each product continuously refined to address specific manufacturing pain points in niche segments.

Ventus Series Fiber Lasers

Equipped with an all-new high-efficiency phase-change heat dissipation structure, the units deliver superior thermal control during continuous operation, significantly improving stability for long-running production shifts. The all-in-one integrated design enhances both reliability and ease of deployment. Leveraging its small core diameter advantage, the series delivers dual improvements in welding speed and penetration depth, breaking through traditional processing efficiency bottlenecks. Compatible with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum-, nickel- and titanium-based alloys, it is widely suited for handheld welding, precision sheet metal processing and fine welding of small components, reducing equipment investment and post-weld grinding costs for small and medium-sized manufacturers.

Tunable Spot Fiber Lasers

A highlight of the show, this differentiated core light source delivers coaxial dual beams from a single fiber output, with independently controllable and adjustable power for the center core and ring core spots. Compared with traditional single-mode lasers, it produces a more stable weld pool with drastically reduced spatter, delivering smooth, uniform weld seams free from porosity and hot cracking defects. Welding speed is also markedly improved, eliminating the need for secondary grinding. The product is optimized for mass production of power battery components and aluminum alloy new energy structural parts.

Fiber Lasers for 3D Printing Applications

The Lightning 500W and 1000W models serve as core domestically manufactured light sources for metal 3D printing. With beam quality M² ≤ 1.1, power stability and linearity error both below 1%, fast laser on/off response, and over 15% power redundancy, they deliver consistent, reliable output during extended additive manufacturing runs. The series provides a highly dependable domestic light source solution for printing precision metal components in aerospace and medical applications.

Lightning PLUS Fiber Lasers

The full Lightning PLUS range (1500W–6000W) features industry-leading small-core-diameter optical design. The 3kW model achieves a 34μm core diameter output with beam quality M² < 2.5 and twice the power density of conventional lasers, dramatically increasing thin-sheet cutting speeds.

The series solves the longstanding pain point of processing highly reflective materials, effectively withstanding back-reflection from copper, aluminum and other high-reflectivity substrates. It has passed comprehensive reliability testing including high/low temperature storage from -25°C to 55°C, 5G acceleration vibration, and IP67 water and dust ingress protection — engineered for durability under harsh conditions and stable round-the-clock production. Backed by an industry-leading service package of 7-day no-questions-asked replacement and an 800-day extended warranty, it reduces hidden operational costs for equipment users.
