 The subsidiary will handle sales, production and service for microCELL™ laser systems in the field of photovoltaics

3D-Micromac AG, the leading specialist in laser micromachining, announces the establishment of a subsidiary in Wuxi, China.The company will do business under the name of 3D-Micromac Laser Technology (Wuxi) Co., Ltd.The official permit was already issued on March 17, 2016.Dr. Roland Giesen, Chief Operation Officer of 3D-Micromac AG, was appointed as director.

The main focus of the new subsidiary is the sales of laser systems on the Asian market.
3D-Micromac China will also be responsible for production, commissioning, shipping, warranty and service of the microCELL™ laser systems.The machines will be produced in close cooperation with strong local partners.This guarantees immediate commencement of production without any start-up phase.Moreover, the subsidiary's demo systems will make it possible to demonstrate the process in industrial conditions.
