 From the Jan. 11 evening announcement, the company intends to set up SPV in Hong Kong with the International Aviation Development Co., Ltd. and AVIC International Aviation Development Co., Ltd., for the acquisition of 95% of Spanish Aritex Cading S.A.. In the acquisition project, Han's laser invested about 50million euros (equivalent to about 350 million yuan) of its own funds,  accounted of 30% of the SPV shares, while the AVIC holds 55% stake, AVIC 15%, and the management layer of Aritex 5%.

It is reported that the Target Corp of Cading S.A. Aritex founded in 1961, headquartered in Barcelona, Spain, has a production base in Bada Lorna, Pamplona and has subsidiaries in Brazil China, Mexico and Germany.
Aritex develops, manufactures and installs production and assembly lines for the main manufacturers worldwide in the aeronautics and automobile sectors, such as EADS, Airbus, Bombardier, Comac, Embraer, Volkswagen, SEAT, Audi or Mercedes-Benz.
Statistics show that the target company revenues in 2014 was 696.07 million euro and EBITDA of 3.2 million euros; In2015 company revenue was 84.6 million euros, EBITDA of 5.1 million euros.
Han's laser said that the target company has flexible tooling, robot, high precision automatic drilling riveting and positioning , patented technology, and automation equipment ,production line, production and manufacturing widely used in aviation, military and automobile. Through the investment, Han's laser will strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the target company, which is conducive to the accumulation of technology and experience of the company's existing robotic automation systems integration business; at the same time, related investment also conducive to the development of the company's business in the field of aviation and military project.
